2 cups shredded carrot.
3 eggs.
1 onion.
1/2 spoon. ginger garlic paste.
1 spoon chilli powder.
pinch haldi.
1/2 spoon daniya powder
salt as per taste.
few carriender leaves.
2 spoons oil.
cut onion into thin slices.heat oil in kadai and add onion.when they are transulent add ginger garlic paste and haldi. fry for a min and add the shreeded carrot. nicely mix and cook with a lid for 5 min.until carrot is cooked.then add chilli powder,salt and daniya powder.fry for a min and add 3 eggs scramble them and nicely cook them.mix well and fry for 3 min with out lid. add some corriender leaves at the end. your carrot and egg cury is done. kids like it a lot.
enjoy it with rice or roti.
